I’m Rebecca Crossthwaite (RCST), a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist based in Clifton, Bristol.

I support people to reconnect with their bodies and move towards greater health and wellbeing. My approach is rooted in the belief that the body has its own innate intelligence and capacity to find greater balance, restore and heal. My role is to create the conditions for this process to unfold, rather than to direct or fix it.

Before becoming a craniosacral therapist, I worked as a community midwife for 10 years, supporting women, babies and families through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I bring this experience into my craniosacral practice, offering a calm, compassionate and trauma-informed space where you can slow down, feel supported and listen more deeply to what your body may need.

 BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive therapy. The intention is that the treatment is directed by the client's body and its needs. CST is appropriate for all ages, from newborns to the elderly. CST recognises that there is an inherent capacity to self-heal in all living organisms, and aims to support this. A feeling that you have been deeply heard is a common experience during a session. People may come to this therapy because they have acute physical problems or long standing issues both physical and emotion. Further information; www.craniosacral.co.uk
